Service Agreement

Grizzly Gaming provides Discord bot services, server listings, and community features. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and Discord's Terms of Service.

Membership Tiers

User Conduct

• Follow Discord Community Guidelines at all times
• No harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
• No sharing of inappropriate or illegal content
• Respect other community members and staff
• No attempts to exploit or abuse bot features

Server Listings

• Server listings must be accurate and up-to-date
• No false advertising or misleading information
• Servers must comply with Discord ToS and applicable laws
• We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion
• Listing placement is determined by membership tier

Payment & Refunds

• Membership payments are processed through Patreon
• Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renewing
• Refunds are handled according to Patreon's refund policy
• Service interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds
• Benefits are applied within 24 hours of payment confirmation

Limitation of Liability

Grizzly Gaming services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to server downtime, data loss, or any consequences of using listed servers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their membership at any time through Patreon. Termination does not entitle users to refunds for unused membership time.
